Since its creation in 2009, Neo Medical Systems has specialized in the sale, installation, and maintenance of medical imaging equipment for operating rooms in Belgium and Luxembourg. With more than 15 operating rooms installed, we have recognized experience in the design and maintenance of complex medical equipment.
In 2022, we were asked by a key leader in the Luxembourg wellness industry to help develop a red-light-based wellness system. Our medical background and knowledge of the global supply chain enabled us to expand rapidly in this field.
Today, we are proud to market our first three wellness products for hotels, beauty salons and spa & wellness centers :
(1) BeautyRED, our full-body red light therapy bed, (2) Revive Dome, our far-infrared sauna dome, and (3) Infralounge, our infrared wellness lounger. All three products can be shipped anywhere in Europe.
In addition to this, we have signed strategic and exclusive partnerships with other wellness equipment manufacturers to be able to offer a complete range of high-quality, innovative, contactless wellness equipment.

This means that this equipment does not require any contact between the care staff and the user for the treatment or therapy to work.

The treatment or therapy session does not require the presence of staff in the treatment room. Once the program has been selected, the equipment runs on its own for the selected duration, and staff can return to another treatment room.

All our equipment, including sunbeds, operates on 230V single-phase current. We just recommend increasing the resistance of the fuses (min. 20A). For older electrical installations, we recommend updating the cross-section of the wires connecting the central electrical panel and the wall plugs to min. 2.5mm². Ask your electrician for advice

All our equipment is sold, delivered and installed with a 2-year warranty.

All our prices include delivery and standard installation. That is, on the ground floor without stairs or elevator. We reserve the right to charge an extra for delivery and installation requiring the presence of a lift.
